Writing one sentence is harder than writing a short story, a chapter in a novel or a thousand word essay.

About Jane Wilson

Jane Wilson graduated from the University of Michigan Law School, was a trial attorney for 25 years and has served on the faculty of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy on numerous occasions. She was an Adjunct Professor of Law at Cleveland State University for several years and served as an Interim Associate Professor of Law in the clinical program at Case Law School. In 2009, she returned to the small southwestern Michigan community where she was raised, and wrote a novel.

    Amen to that. It seems easy until you actually have to commit.

    This is day three and I’m already stewing. We’ll see how long I can keep this up.

  3. At least you have an idea where you are going with it. Me, mine will be totally random and digress.

    Blame it on the Holiday Season–I’m already going crazy with a deadline, family dinners and baking. I think the baking is the worst in getting done—not good when you have a wretched cold!

      Only those of us who overdo can be grateful for a reprieve during the holiday season. I’m gaining strength daily, and working on being more patient.
